Leavenworth to Dryden.

Launch Points are Fish Hatchery, Leavenworth Boat Ramp, & Peshastin Fish & Wildlife. 
Take Out locations could be Leavenworth Boat Ramp or Dryden Dam

Dryden to Monitor

The only reasonable launch point is Dryden Dam, the Cashmere Riverfront Park has a curb blocking the boat ramp and the river doesn't flow to the ramp.  Bad design. 
The Monitor Fish & Wildlife Access point will be the best take out. 

Monitor to Wenatchee

There are no other access points between Monitor and Wenatchee Confluence State Park.  You will have to row upriver on the Columbia to reach the boat ramp, unknown difficulty at this point (I'm stuck at my desk, no oars in hand).
